Express Employment of West Seneca has partnered with a great company in the Holland NY area to fill an immediate need for full-time Machine Operators.

Summary of Function:

This role will provide hands on interaction with machines and molded product to inspect and pack for transfer to the Secondary Department or direct shipment to customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce, inspect, and pack, acceptable product per work instructions and approved samples for shipment to customers
• Assist Molding Shift Leaders, Set-Up Technicians, and Process Technicians/Engineers when needed
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the molding manufacturing areas on a daily basis, including proper storage of all equipment and supplies
• Collect and dispose of scrap parts and runners
• Verify cleanliness and properly assemble all required equipment for production, including basic electrical and air connections.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25lbs required
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movement required
• Ability to work standing or walking for an extended period of time required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work a standard 40 hour work week
• Standing for an extended period of time as well as some walking within the facility.
• The ability to lift and carry various items up to 25 pounds.
