Recruiter/ Sales

We are a boutique employment recruiting agency located in Midtown Manhattan seeking a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing client relationships while sourcing and placing mid-level professionals. The position suits candidates with recruiting or sales experience who thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. Our team offers extensive in-house training and excellent administrative support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies to solicit new job openings and business opportunities
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and hiring managers for both acquisition and management
• Interview and evaluate mid-level professional candidates for potential employment opportunities
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through placement
• Maintain candidate and client records using Microsoft Office Suite and company database
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with both clients and candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates and prospective clients
• Work proactively with a sales-oriented mindset in client outreach and candidate sourcing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, marketing, communications, or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
