Operations & Delivery Associate

We are looking to hire an Operations & Delivery Associate. The role will consist of the below day to day tasks and requirements.

Warehouse Operations:

Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring the integrity of goods.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, with meticulous attention to detail.
Contribute to inventory management, including regular stock counts.
Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
Unpacking deliveries in a timely manner.

Delivery Driver:

Safely and responsibly operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in NYC and Boston.
Plan routes, follow schedules, and meet delivery deadlines.
Verify and confirm delivery contents with customers.
Maintain delivery vehicle in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Occasionally stay in New York City with a paid hotel for next-day pickups or early morning deliveries.
Present oneself professionally when making deliveries.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehousing or as a delivery driver is a plus.
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Reside locally in or around Chelmsford, MA.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with little to no traffic citations or accidents.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to pass a drug test at the start and any time in the future.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends, if necessary.
