A dynamic and driven Agronomy Sales Representative is needed in Quinter, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self‐starter with a passion for agriculture, strong relationship‐building skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the local farming community. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers to promote crop protection, nutrients, seed products, and related services
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase profitability
  • Evaluate customer programs and develop tailored marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Provide consultative services, product knowledge, and training to customers and staff
  • Lead sales initiatives and mentor junior sales personnel
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred

  • 5+ years of agronomy sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Plant/Soil Sciences, Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or related field
  • Experience in outside sales, including presentations, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
