You will:
- Manage daily service drive operations and customer interactions
- Dispatch repair orders and balance technician workload for maximum efficiency
- Monitor shop productivity, repair order cycle time, and workflow bottlenecks
- Support Service Advisors with communication, process flow, and customer updates
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
- Maintain high CSI scores and uphold Toyota service standards
We’re looking for:
- Previous auto dealership service department experience is required
- Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience with dispatching and managing workflow in a highâ€'volume shop
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Availability for evening shifts and Saturdays
- Customerâ€'focused mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
