What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days processing vehicle registrations and title transfers efficiently.
• You’ll assist finance department by calling customers to collect any missing items needed to process tag and title
• You'll assist customers with questions regarding their vehicle tags and titles, providing exceptional service.
• You'll maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• You'll collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

What You Bring: 

• Previous experience as a Tag and Title Clerk or in a similar role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
