About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, fun, customer service EXTRAORDINAIRE, who can successfully market and lease newly constructed, stylish apartments in the Buffalo, NY area. We need YOU to connect people with their gorgeous, new homes and create buzz out in the community. 

What you'll do

• Lease and bring people HOME!
• Support your POD!
• Create BUZZ in the community by doing outreach.
• Assist with resident events.
• Respond to prospects and residents' calls and emails quickly.
• Help residents with issues and concerns.

Qualifications

• You MUST be dynamic, engaging and approachable!
• You MUST be great at communication, both spoken and written.
• You MUST genuinely care for people.
• You MUST portray excellent attention to detail.
