Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technology professional specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) located in Antioch, California. This position involves operating advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality CT scans, assisting in CT-guided procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights (4/10 schedule, Thursday 10pm to Friday 10am, Friday 10pm to Saturday 10am, Saturday 10pm to Sunday 8am, Sunday 10pm to Monday 8am)
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid state license (required at time of submission), ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (ARRT - Radiography and ARRT - CT, required at time of hire), Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), IV Certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, all in hand at the time of submittal. Education must include successful graduation from a Joint Commission approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility is preferred. Epic charting system experience is also preferred.
- Additional Information: Requires 2 years of CT experience for submission, with the ability to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing. Candidates must be available to travel within 50 miles; locals are accepted at a lower rate. All certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) approved and in hand at the time of submittal. A 7-year work history verification is required.
