Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist/ Manager of small therapy department
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Harlowton, MT
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. 12-hour orientation provided.
Highlights:
- Supervisor or Manager experience; Willingness to oversee the therapy department of 3 staff. (1 PT, 1 PTA, 1 Speech therapist) Be willing to work in the school district setting during the school year 2 half days per week.
- Be open to the possibility of job sharing with a nearby facility. (closest facility 60 miles away).
- Be willing to provide community education.
- Be part of the leadership meeting once per month and leadership TEAMs huddles M-F at 0900 to represent the Therapy Department.
- Be able to see patients (we don't have a large volume of OT patients), This does include seeing Skilled inpatients in collaboration with PT, ST.
- Has the strategy to look for opportunities to optimize therapy scheduling.
- Oversee Overtime and scheduling.
Requirements:
- OT License and in good standing for Montana
- BLS
- at least 1 year of Supervisor or Manager experience
- At least 1 year treating children in school setting and adults in an inpatient setting
- Good communicator and team player
- professional, collaborative, positive.
Familiar with Cerner EMR.
