Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active South Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

- 5 days per week
