Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in all applicable states of practice; valid drivers license and minimum age of 21; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a home health setting for at least one year.
