House Cleaner

I haven't had a deep cleaning in this house the whole time I've been here so I'd just like a thorough one done first then schedule weekly or bi weekly cleanings after that. I know under the appliances definitely needs to be clean. I'm also not sure if my walls can be cleaned. I work from home so my schedule is pretty open.
