Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• MEDITECH EMR experience preferred
• Strong independent decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Department Overview:

• 11-bed Emergency Department
• Average daily census of approximately 37 patients
• Care for a wide variety of emergency and trauma-related patient populations
• In-house respiratory therapy available 24/7
• Security services available on-site

Responsibilities:

• Direct patient care across all ER functions, including triage, patient monitoring, medication administration, lab draws, and emergency interventions
• Interpretation of telemetry strips as needed
• Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality emergency care
