Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

My husband and I both leave for work super early so are looking for someone to watch our 4-month-old (in August) at our house 4 days a week from 6 am- 3:30 p.m. My sister in law lives next door and would want to have her 10-month-old (in August) watched as well 2 of the 4 days per week. Please note the daily schedule may have differing end times, my schedule changes and sometimes I get home early. The latest would be 3:30 p.m.
