What We Are Looking For: Safe & Reliable Vehicle: Must have your own reliable car with a clean driving record and valid insurance (car seat will be provided by us). Punctuality: School dismissal waits for no one, so reliability is our top priority! Experience: Previous experience with elementary-aged children (nanny, babysitter, camp counselor, or teacher). Trustworthy Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is a huge plus (or willingness to get certified). Pay & Perks: Hourly Rate: $15-25/hour (dependent on experience) Consistency: Guaranteed hours every week that school is in session.
