Office Manager/Dispatcher

Capitol Refrigeration is interested in filling an Office Manager/Dispatcher position in the Jessup, MD office. This position requires a friendly and positive nature and a person who takes initiative and is self motivated. We are looking for a skilled Office manager to be responsible for entering all calls / work orders in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This person needs to be detail oriented, communicate well with customers and colleagues. Have a strong skill set. This Job is performed during normal business hours but may require occasional after hours work as needed.
