School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hanover, Pennsylvania

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and Teaching Certificates are required (please include with your resume)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered with supervision fee covered by the agency
• Experience or strong interest in working in a school setting across diverse student populations
• Although SLPAs are not recognized in Pennsylvania, they will be considered for this opportunity
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with a range of needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine communication barriers and develop treatment goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
