Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with manufacturing company in Hillsboro, NH. We are hiring Machine Operators on multiple shifts. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering competitive pay, shift differentials, and long-term growth potential.
Position: Machine Operator
Location: Hillsboro, NH
Available Shifts & Pay:
2nd Shift:
Monday – Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Effective Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
3rd Shift:
Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential
Effective Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Weekend Shift:
Saturday & Sunday | 12:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Plus two weekday shifts from 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Responsibilities:
· Document machine and attainment performance daily
· Measure and inspect raw materials or parts to ensure quality standards are met
· Assemble, pack, weigh, and label cartons for shipment or storage
· Verify correct labeling and production documentation
· Inspect finished products and packaging for defects or damage
· Follow all company packaging and safety procedures
· Handle inventory with care and attention to detail
· Maintain production levels and quality standards
· Report equipment issues, defective materials, or production concerns
· Complete required production and quality records
Qualifications:
· Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Basic computer skills preferred
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
