Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with intermediate to advanced skills to support custom and production bending in a sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC controls, 5-axis machines, and the ability to perform precise setups and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (5-axis preferred) for custom and production bending.
• Perform punch and die setup and make adjustments as needed for accuracy.
• Navigate and operate CNC control systems efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company standards.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced experience operating CNC press brake machines.
• Experience with 5-axis press brake operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of custom sheet metal fabrication and production processes.
• Ability to perform punch/die setup and machine adjustments.
• Familiarity with CNC controls and programming/navigation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
