Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting students near Dover, PA, as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist across multiple school settings for the 2026–2027 academic year. Four onsite SLPs are sought for three distinct locations—elementary, intermediate, and high school environments—offering opportunities to work with diverse caseloads in supportive teams. Applicants with SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and SLPAs recognized in Pennsylvania are welcome (supervision fee applies for CFs). Please note: virtual placements are not available for these roles.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (must be submitted with resume)
  • SLP-CCC, CFs, and SLPAs accepted (per state regulations)
  • Strong understanding of AAC, learning support, and life skills programming
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedicated to onsite work throughout the academic year (no virtual placements)

Positions Available:

  • Elementary SLP (Dover): Full-time, focus on autistic support. Caseload ~45, no case management, significant AAC use.
  • Middle Grades SLP (New Oxford): Full-time, grades 4–8. Diverse mix including regular education, learning support, life skills, autistic support. Includes case management duties and related services.
  • Complex Needs SLP (York Learning Center): Full-time, one building, deeply collaborative environment with OTs, PTs, hearing/vision specialists. Caseload ~45, high AAC focus, no case management.
  • Secondary SLP (York Tech): Part-time or full-time options. High school population emphasizing transition planning and real-world skills. Caseload up to 55 (full-time).
