Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday
Location: Texarkana, TX

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position will oversee day-to-day construction operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, project management, superintendent work, QA/QC, or a related construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities and job site operations
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within company standards
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Review project plans, specifications, and work progress
• Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) inspections
• Track materials, equipment, and labor needs for projects
• Assist with scheduling crews and coordinating workflow
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on job sites and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and company regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management, project management, superintendent work, QA/QC, or related construction roles preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with computers and construction-related software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
