Superintendent - Data Center
Location: Manassas, VA
Salary: $130,000-$210,000 (Salary depends on experience)
We are conducting a confidential search for a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial construction projects with a nationally recognized general contractor.
Position Overview
The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all day-to-day jobsite activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary onsite point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Experience building ground-up data centers
- Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across the jobsite
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily field operations
- Maintain and update construction schedules, including short-term lookaheads
- Monitor project
