Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Machine Attendants. These positions play a critical role in producing highly specialized products using advanced automated equipment. Candidates will work in a clean room, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and be responsible for monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.
Position: Machine Attendant
Shift Options / Pay:
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Weekend 2nd Shift
Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday
4:00 PM - 12:30 AM weekdays
12:30 PM - 12:30 AM weekends
Pay: $25.00 per hour
3rd Shift
Monday - Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Weekend 3rd Shift
Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday
12:30 AM - 7:30 AM weekdays
12:30 AM - 12:30 PM weekends
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Job Duties:
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment
• Load materials and components into production equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Record production data and complete manufacturing documentation accurately
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they impact production
• Troubleshoot minor equipment concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring product quality standards are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and workplace organization standards
• Adhere to all clean room, safety, and quality requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Experience working in a clean room or quality-driven environment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with computers and production tracking systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
• Clean room manufacturing environment
• Climate-controlled facility
• Protective gowning, hair nets, gloves, and other clean room attire required
• Highly automated manufacturing equipment
• Quality-focused production environment
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and fine-detail work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
