Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active PA SLP license and current PA Teaching Certificate (required; please include with your resume)
  • SLP-CCC, SLP – Schools experience preferred
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome if supervision fee is paid by your agency
  • SLPAs accepted, though not recognized in Pennsylvania
  • Passion for inspiring student progress and collaborating with school teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals
  • Deliver direct speech-language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of students
