Fabricator – Weekend Shift
HireCall is now hiring Fabricators for a weekend shift opportunity!
Join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility producing high-quality sheet metal components. This is a great opportunity for candidates with fabrication, machining, or metal shop experience who enjoy hands-on work and operating fabrication equipment.
Schedule
Friday – Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay
Starting at $17.50/hour+ DOE
Shift premium available for weekend shift hours worked.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment
- Utilize saws, drills, mills, taps, sanders, grinders, and deburring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Move completed parts to the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with metal forming equipment including press brakes when needed
Requirements
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Familiarity with measuring tools including:
- Calipers
- Tape measures
- Height gauges
- Squares
- Angle finders
- Knowledge of basic shop math
- Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Metal fabrication
- Press brake operation
- Grinding, sanding, cutting, and deburring
- Sheet metal manufacturing
