We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors construction projects across multiple markets. This role is responsible for leading field operations related to interior framing, drywall, IMP installation, and acoustical ceilings, while driving safety, quality, schedule adherence, and productivity across active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple active job sites
- Lead and manage foreman teams, ensuring accountability to production goals
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and sequencing to meet project schedules
- Serve as the primary field liaison between project management and site crews
- Participate in preconstruction planning and job mobilization efforts
- Review site conditions and proactively identify risks or efficiency improvements
- Monitor daily and weekly production tracking and communicate progress to project teams
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards
- Conduct regular site walks, participate in safety audits, and follow-ups
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of foremen and field leaders
- Promote consistent use of field technology and reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in drywall installation, metal framing, IMP systems, and acoustical ceilings
- Proven career progression from field labor to foreman and supervisory roles
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
- Experience managing multiple projects and large field crews simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a production-focused mindset
- Proficient with construction technology and field reporting systems
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
