Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee multifamily construction projects, starting with our active developments in Sarasota.
This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction from ground-up through completion
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and scheduling
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a strong safety culture
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Lead subcontractor meetings and drive project progress
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction (ground-up required)
- Experience with mid-rise and/or garden-style projects strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore, CMiC, or similar is a plus)
- Stable work history with reputable contractors
