Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Salary: $115k - $125k + Benefits

Based in Yuma, AZ, we are a national leader in Federal Construction Projects.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Construction Superintendent with Military Project experience (valued at $20M or higher). Must have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent and 10+ years in Construction. Must have experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and familiar with EM 385-1-1.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and self-perform crews to maintain schedule and safety compliance.
• Interface directly with client representatives, military stakeholders, and other contractors to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily on-site functions including scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative support.
• Ensure full compliance with safety programs, project procedures, work rules, and military construction requirements.

Must Have Skills: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on military projects (valued at $20M or higher)
• 10+ years of Construction experience 
• Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance
• Familiar with EM 385-1-1

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
