HEAVY CIVIL BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Are you a Bridge Superintendent who thrives in the field, knows how to run complex projects, and takes pride in building structures that will stand for generations? A highly respected, family-owned heavy civil contractor is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee bridge construction projects throughout the region.

What You'll Do:
- Lead bridge construction projects from mobilization through completion
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily operations
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Drive production while keeping crews motivated and accountable
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Strong bridge construction background
- Proven experience managing field operations and large crews
- Knowledge of DOT specifications and heavy highway construction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
