Job Description:
The Spotter is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations within the semiconductor cleanroom. This role involves monitoring and guiding the movement of personnel and equipment, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the cleanroom team in adhering to strict protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10 Construction / OSHA 30 Construction
- Own or ability to obtain: Hardhat, Safety Shoes/Steel Toe Boots
- Comfortable in cleanroom environment, fully gowned in bunny suit with boots and hat
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical demands: on feet, bending knees, picking up/carrying things, 8 hours a day

-\tFlexible scheduling (generally ~7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, but adaptable)
-\tExpect long hours and high workload, especially as production ramps
-\tWeekend work may be required as operations scale
-\tFast-paced environment with evolving priorities
