Job Title: Superintendent 
Job Location: Traveling in the Southeast - Mostly South Carolina / North Carolina / Georgia
Salary: $100k-$115k + Vehicle Allowance + Per diem + bonus + Benefits 
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Retail projects (Ideally big box retail)

This is a permanent position for a well-established 150-person General Contractor with a focus on commercial projects. They are currently hiring for multiple superintendents to work on big box retail projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

• 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
• Retail experience - Ideally big box retail
• TI / Remodels 
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
