Super - M/c Superintendent - Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Construction to oversee and manage construction projects within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects related to food and beverage, data centers, mission critical facilities, semi-conductor manufacturing, and cold storage. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction operations and manage onsite teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and budget tracking.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on the job site in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project owners, architects, and engineers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Experience in managing projects in food and beverage, data center, mission critical, semi-conductor, and cold storage sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
