Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or with a crew.

$23–$30 per hour (DOE)

Projects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon

The ideal candidate will:

• ✔️ Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
• ✔️ Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• ✔️ Work efficiently with minimal supervision
• ✔️ Be punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• ✔️ Communicate clearly in English
• ✔️ Be safety‑conscious and follow job site protocols

• 🪚 Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
• ➕ Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
• 📏 Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
• 🔧 Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be working toward it)
• 🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• 🚫 No drug use or excessive drinking
• 📞 Able to provide references from past employers or clients

• 🏗 Framing and structural carpentry
• 🚪 Installing doors, windows, siding, and trim
• 🧱 Concrete and masonry work
• 🧩 Tile installation
• 📦 Material handling and site organization
• 🤝 Assisting other trades as needed
• 🧹 Maintaining a clean and safe job site
