Job Opportunity: 3rd shift finisher

Shift: Sun 11PM - 7:30 AM, Mon-Thur/Fri 9 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.10/hr

Finisher
Perform multiple lifts of up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift approximately 10 times an hour.
Use of various hand tools such as trimmers, wrenches, pliers, and knives.
Use of power tools such as die grinders, air ratchets. Drills and routers.
Fork Truck driving
Perform manual labor in a warm environment occasionally in the high 90s on hot summer days.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Clean, inspect, trim and assemble all manufactured parts using knives, trimmers and various hand tools
Adhering to company standards
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Maintaining equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting and calling for repairs
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical manuals
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Basic math skills, read tape measures
Ability to follow directions
Identify problems, troubleshooting
Verbal communication
Good housekeeping
Attention to detail, judgment

EDUCATION

High school or GED equivalent required
