Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Weaving Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment in a fast‐paced environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on looms and related equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and report any mechanical or quality concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Experience

• Experience with weaving looms or other textile machinery preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read production instructions and follow technical processes
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
