This role is for a senior field leader who wants to build critical American infrastructure at one of the top heavy civil contractors on the eastern seaboard.

What you will lead
- Oversight of multiple heavy civil, infrastructure, concrete, and marine projects
- Responsibility for field execution across safety, schedule, quality, and budget
- Direction and support of Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
- Resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Direct coordination with clients and senior project stakeholders
- Problem-solving at a program level when scope, schedule, or conditions change

- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel as projects require
