Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my grandmother in her 80s. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. my father lives with her, however we will both be out of town for that duration if time and want someone to temporarily check in on her while we are gone. she likes the dodgers babseball team, puzzles, books, everybody loves raymond, and can be antisocial.
