Fear of falling due to fall with hip fracture 2 years ago. Social. Likes to use phone/social media/tv/read. Use to love to cook, but is difficult now About the care needs: A kind, outgoing, capable personality. Ability to assist with transfers, personal hygiene needs. No specific hobbies or interests required. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
