Childcare Needed

Looking for a loving, experienced nanny for our 10-month-old son in Los Gatos. Schedule is MondayThursday 9 a.m. 2 p.m. , with occasional flexibility for 8 a.m. start or 3 p.m. finish with advance notice. I work from home. Seeking someone warm, engaging, and fully present who enjoys talking, reading, singing, interactive play, walks, and supporting early development through everyday activities. Responsibilities include naps, bottles/meals, diaper changes, and daily routines in a screen-free environment. Must have infant experience, strong references, be non-smoking, and comfortable with small dogs.
