Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We're seeking a reliable, experienced nanny for our two daughters (ages 12 & 8). Our youngest is nonverbal, in diapers, has special needs, and requires close supervision due to epilepsy (controlled by medication). Duties include school drop-off/pick-up, packing lunches, preparing snacks/dinner, feeding, changing, and assisting with evening routines. Experience with special needs care a plus. Flexibility for some evenings/weekends needed. Must be dependable, patient, kind, and a good communicator. We have 2 friendly dogs, so pet-friendly is a must. We value honesty, promptness, and a loving, attentive approach to care.
