Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have three children; 8, 6, and 4. I leave for work at 6 a.m. and return around 3 p.m. I would like a sitter who can be at my home in the morning for the children when they wake up. The sitter would need to feed the kids breakfast and lunch/snack. My 4-year-old still needs help wiping after #2.
