Production Planner

Your Mission

As a Production Planner, you ensure reliable on-time delivery by orchestrating production planning with precision and foresight. You bring MRP logic, SAP PP expertise, and supply chain awareness together to create stable, efficient production flows. With a strong digital mindset, you continuously refine planning processes and data quality to unlock performance. Your work directly shapes delivery reliability, inventory health, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic Industry 4.0 environment.

How you will make a difference

• Drive MRP execution: Plan and disposition requirements while monitoring and resolving MRP messages and data inconsistencies
• Optimize production flow: Convert, release, and manage production orders to secure on-time delivery and stable schedules
• Manage constraints proactively: Monitor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and act quickly to protect service levels
• Ensure material availability: Track shortages, reallocate parts, and collaborate across functions to avoid disruptions
• Enhance order transparency: Support customer service with accurate status updates, allocations, and rapid response orders
• Strengthen data & processes: Maintain SAP master data and continuously improve planning rules for higher efficiency

What you should be good at

• MRP & supply chain expertise: Strong understanding of planning, inventory, and end-to-end SCM processes with KPI focus
• SAP PP proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning and related modules
• Analytical thinking: Ability to identify root causes and solve structured planning and data challenges
• Production environment awareness: Understanding of capacity planning, order management, and shop floor dynamics
• Communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with production, customer service, and cross-functional teams
• Digital toolkit: Confident use of Excel and Microsoft Office, with a structured and detail-oriented working style
