Requirements:

• Board Certified 
• Active Minnesota License or IMLC Required
• DEA Required
• ACLS & BLS Tier 2 Required
• Minimum 2 Years Experience Required
• Thoracic Oncology Fellowship Preferred
• 2+ Years Thoracic or Cardiothoracic Surgery Experience with Emphasis on Thoracic Malignancies Preferred
• 2+ Years Robotic Surgery Experience Preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90–120 Days
