We are now hiring full-time CDL Class A Solo Team Drivers in Georgia.

If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies such as FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, Werner, or similar carriers, you may be an excellent fit.

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring dedicated and professional CDL Class A Drivers to safely and efficiently handle assigned and unassigned routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR) and linehaul operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must possess at least 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer driving experience within the last 3 years; or 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 10 years from an approved CDL school.
• Prior FedEx Ground experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
• No accidents or tickets within the past 3 years preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission and have no restrictions.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
• Must complete background screening, MVR screening, Clearinghouse requirements, and drug testing.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples where applicable.
• Perform daily pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections on equipment.
• Drop Hook Only – No-Touch Freight.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate daily logs.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PAY BENEFITS

• Pay: $0.50 - $0.80 CPM
• Solo Positions: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.
• Team Positions: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus per driver.
• Additional sign-on incentives may apply after eligibility requirements are met.
• Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,500 per week (where applicable).
• Pay Per Mile (CPM).
• Quarterly Safety Incentive Bonus.

SCHEDULE

• 5 days per week.
• Various schedules available, including:
  • Monday - Friday.
  • Tuesday - Saturday/Sunday.
  • Dedicated routes.
  • Unassigned routes.
  • Dispatch windows may vary by operation.

ADDITIONAL

• Dedicated and Unassigned positions available.
• Solo and Team opportunities available.
• OTR and Linehaul operations.
• Willingness to travel to assigned terminals and dispatch locations as required.
