Pay & Compensation:
- Base: $28–$30/hr (guaranteed for all hours in the shop)
- Production bonus after ~30 flagged hours
- OTE: Up to $100,000
- Flexible structure based on experience and performance
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
- Complete jobs efficiently to maximize production bonus
- Work with a team that’s focused on improving shop performance
- Contribute to a growing, evolving shop environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive technician experience (A, B, or C level)
- Ability to produce and stay productive
- Diagnostic skills (especially for A/B techs)
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
