Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Responsible for supporting the daily workflow of the department.
Carefully review specific department reports to ensure proper and efficient methods are being followed.
Ensure technicians arrive to job sites on-time and in accordance with their installation assignment.
Closely monitor technician performance and safety protocols on site.
Install security systems or appropriate devices, dismantle and/or reconstruct equipment as required by customer or the Company.
Make connections and required adjustments as directed, test operation of all components of each system.
Conduct site surveys and customer training
Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.
Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material to management.
Communicate with customers on job status or completion.
Craft and submit project status reports.
Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner. Obtain proper signatures. Accurately record travel and service times, timesheets, identify warranties, changes and code issues and provide accurate descriptions.
Ability to work independently on customer sites
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education/Qualification: 

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management preferred
3-5 years’ experience in the security industry preferred
Some technical school training is a plus.
Foundational understanding of IP networking, camera configurations and power systems (solar/battery)
Ability to act in a lead capacity.
Exceptional internal/external verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and proficiency using project management software
Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$70,000 - $85,000 DOE
