: 8, 12H Days, Nights Days and Nights (6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p or 2pm-10:30pm). Every other weekend
Luverne | RN- # beds: 51- Ratios: 2 nurses per days and 1 overnight nurse- EMR: PCC- Weekend requirement: Every other- Holidays: Every other- Shifts (8s or 12s): Mostly 12s but some 8s- Location specific orientation: 2 hours with LEAD team and then 1-2 shifts on floor with another staff- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia/geriatricsNotes entered 4.18.25 Cancellation Policy:2 week notice Charting System:Point Click Care (PCC) BSN Required:No License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Post Acute Division: Shift Notes:Days and Nights (6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p or 2pm-10:30pm). Every other weekend. Labor day required, every other holiday after that. Must take charge Required Certifications:BLS
