Make a significant contribution as an experienced Director of Rehab in a full-time contract at a skilled nursing facility in Somerset, NJ. You will recruit and train therapy staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and cultivate relationships with related professional programs. Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
- Active New Jersey state license in the applicable therapy discipline required prior to the first day.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience overseeing therapy staff, scheduling, and clinical program development preferred.
- Ability to manage regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality assurance activities preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Director of Rehab experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and therapy documentation systems preferred.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and post-acute care partners preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Meal break: 30 minutes.
- Contract duration: 13 weeks.
