Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Glen, NH, working in an outpatient clinic to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document care accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and safe discharge planning. Uphold professional standards, maintain licensure, and participate in safety and performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, and development of functional treatment plans.
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Ability to supervise and provide constructive learning experiences for students when assigned.
- Compliance with state practice act, professional code of conduct, and completion of required continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with safe patient handling techniques and materials handling.
- Familiarity with performance improvement processes and quality initiatives in outpatient therapy.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8.

Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within payer approvals when required. Participate in student education and professional development.
