Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Hawaii state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
